WHEN
The Austin helot, Tour Experience is offered seven days a week year-round, subject to availability. Monday thru Saturday flights are offered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and Sundays between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

WEATHER
The Austin HeliJet Tour Experience may be canceled by the Pilot due to high winds, heavy rain, fog or other inclement weather.
WHAT TO WEAR
Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended for this aerial adventure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your flight will take place on the Robinson R44 Ranen II Helicopter, which provides a very smooth ride and can hold up to 3 participants plus a pilot. You may bring a video or still camera on board the flight and since every seat has a window, you will have pictures that will last a lifetime. Champagne is also permitted on board.
Flights are operated by Austin HeliJet Helicopters. All pilots are accident and incident free and the Company has a 100% safety record. Pilots are trained beyond the rating they currently hold and most of them are Certified Flight Instructors as well as Commercial Helicopter Pilots.
All participants must have a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes to reservations for the Austin HeliJet Helicopter Tour Experience require seven (7) days advance notice.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged once a reservation for the experience has been made.
